Nothing. You can submit your application and become pre-approved for a loan without incurring any charges. Later on, fees may be incurred for a property appraisal and eventually closing costs. |

What if my credit is less than perfect? |

We have programs that can go as low as 530 fico scores. However, your credit history must be in pretty good shape for the last 6 months. No late pays in the last 6 months, and a pretty good reason for the low credit score. |
